The TMI Trader Portfolio increased £7,177 (3.0%) taking it to yetanother record total of £148,684.  In view of oil hitting a newhigh of US$67 a barrel, it was no surprise to see that our bestperformers were Burren Energy and Dana Petroleum. Burren at one pointrose more than four-fold to a new intra day high of 854p, beforesubsequently pulling back to 768p following news just in that theCongolese Government had compulsorily purchased a small part ofBurren’s interest in the huge M’Boundi field at a low price. In spiteof this, we remain confident holders, having taken a part-profit lasttime.
