Concerns over a slow-down in the Chinese economy made for a turbulent month for shares with the FTSE-100 and All-Share down 8.8% and 7.8% respectively, although the TMI Trader Portfolio only fell 1.3%.Its resilience partly reflects the large cash weighting but also some positive news flow from several constituents. Optimal went higher after interims revealed EBITDA growing 28% while its recently acquired Skrill business was ahead of expectations.
