It’s been a wild ride on the markets this year and this month saw no let up in volatility. We ended up with the Chancellor’s fiscal policy U-turn on tax cuts and investors are starting to speculate the entire mini budget will be ripped up to start again. The Chancellor has fallen on his sword as I write and I am coming round to the view that as we fast approach the year end, some investors are taking a more optimistic view.  Some subscribers might be wondering where to look after all this.
