For the second consecutive month we are delighted to report that the FTSE-100 has posted a new high (4,049) and higher low (3,880) before closing up 110 or 2.8% at 3,980.  This means that the new bull market, which started on 12 March, is now well into its third month – be thankful for small mercies!   The FTSE-All Share gained even more ground, rising 4.7% to 1,932, while the number of rising sectors comprehensively outnumbered the fallers by 26 to 5 as investorstook advantage of the multitude of lowly rated stock ...
