Public Recruitment Group - CEO outlines "buy & build" strategy

Following last month's article on Public Recruitment Group, we caught up with chief executive, Andrew Goodman, who fleshed out his strategy for transforming this education and healthcare focused temporary recruitment firm with annual sales of £24m into a substantialbusiness with turnover north of £100m. Goodman is part of a highly regarded management team that has previously built up a number of recruitment firms before selling out, in each instance for a tidy fortune.  In his latest venture, he has so far brought together three businesses, which are expected to make £2m operating profit between them this year.
