All Leisure - Upmarket cruise operator to join AIM

Upmarket cruise ship operator All Leisure is likely to receive awarm reception when it floats on AIM in July in a placing which isexpected to raise around £30m of which £10m will be new money. Thecompany, which is being brought to market by broker Blue Oar, operatesin a sector where UK demand has increased nearly 10% a year since 1997and as a result, 1.2m holiday makers, or one in 16 of all packagedholiday customers, now embark on a cruise.
