Following the Greek “no” vote, over the month the FTSE-100 fell 3.9% but the TMI Trader Portfolio was only down 1.5%. Our strongest performers were Telecom Plus and Supergroup (following reassuring results). Aldermore was hit by unexpected changes to the budget, which include an 8% surcharge on pretax profit over £25m and reduction in buy-to-let mortgage interest relief for higher rate taxpayers, which may cause some landlords to exit the market.
