The shares hit a new high of 363p after pawnbroker H&T again revealed that following a strong fourth quarter, trading was ahead of expectations. This was driven by an 11.6% increase in the pledge book to £46.1m as a result of the higher gold price, the concession format and increase in loans on quality watches.
