With western military powers running out of ammunition to give Ukraine, saying the “bottom of the barrel is now visible,” and amidst decades of underinvestment, NATO now aims to increase the proportion of its 31 members spending at least 2% of GDP on defence from the current 11. And it’s not just Ukraine  worrying Governments around the world given China’s continued threat to Taiwan while in the Balkans there’s growing unrest between Kosovo and Serbia.
