Babcock has announced the £28m in-fill acquisition of Context Information Security (CIS), which provides specialist technical services in the cyber security market, an area Babcock has been looking to enter for some time. CIS is one of just four firms authorised to help the CESG (information security arm of GCHQ) and the Centre for Protection of National infrastructure deal with any cyber related incidents. CIS had sales of £10m in the year to May 2013 but Babcock believes this can be raised 10-fold to £100m in 3-5 years time. The shares look poised to hit new highs; keep buying. ...
