After pausing for breath during the past six months, we believe shares in Babcock (FT sector: Support Services) will shortly embark on an exciting new upward leg once it has released its final results on 13 May. The reason for our confidence lies in the fact that Babcock owns an impressive array of infrastructure and support services businesses, which are growing at a decent clip, largely thanks to healthy levels of government funding.
