4Imprint has noted that while orders received were up more than 13% in the first two months of this year compared with 2019, from 10 March the group has experienced a steep reduction in daily order flow. Indeed over this short time, daily order counts have been very volatile and have fallen materially to an average over the last three trading days of 40% of the prior year. The group is not surprisingly unable to predict how long this will last but is materially recalibrating its marketing spend and implementing cost savings, while being careful not to compromise long-term prospects. 4Imprint remains well financed with US$51m cash balance and no debt as at end February.
