Shares in promotional products group, 4Imprint, hit an all-time high of 1878p before re-tracing but who would bet against £20 being breached soon. Fuelling the upsurge was an update noting like-for-like revenues rising 13% to US$558m (adjusting for an extra week in 2015) while pretax profit for 2016 is expected to be towards the top end of expectations.Even a planned one off pension contribution of US$14.5m was more than covered by a torrent of free cash flow and that resulted in a year end net cash balance of around US$21.5m (2015: US$18.4m).Finncap has increased its price target by 200p to 2060p while leaving forecasts unchanged at eps of 97.6 cents in ’16 and 109.8 cents in FY’17.
