Marstons has announced the acquisition of Daniel Thwaites’ beer division, which includes the Wainwright and Lancaster Bomber premium ale brands, for £25.1m.Marstons has been brewing Thwaites’ beers since early 2014 and as part of this deal it has entered into a long-term exclusive agreement to supply all beer, wine and spirits to Thwaites’ pub estate.
