Topps Tiles has announced an update for the second quarter to 24 May showing like-for-like sales rising 4.9%, while for the first half sales rose 4.7%.The group has made further progress with its strategy of “out specialising the specialists” with initiatives including the roll out of new inspirational wall displays, which have replaced third party stands and make it easier for customers to navigate the full product range.During the quarter it launched 17 new tile ranges; with sales from lines launched in last 12 months accounting for 8.7% group sales.
