Topps has acquired 60% of the issued share capital of Pro Tiler, an online specialist supplier of tiling-related consumables and equipment to trade customers for £5.3m which is expected to immediately enhance earnings even before expected buying power / supply chain benefits from being part of Topps.Pro Tiler is a respected brand within the tiling market, which operates three online businesses: protilertools.co.uk, northantstools.co.uk and premiumtiletrim.co.uk. It has delivered rapid growth through an expansion of its product range and a focus on service, reporting turnover of £9.3 million and profit before tax of £1.1 million in FY March ’21 while turnover hit £11.9m in the twelve months to 31 January 2022.
