In spite of consumer caution, wall coverings and fabrics group Sanderson has said trading is in line with forecasts. In the UK (51% brand sales in FY23) the highlight was the major licensing deals with NEXT and Sainsburys. In the US (24% sales), it continues to trade positively with the recent launch of Morris & Co well received while in Europe markets are showing signs of an improvement.   Investec says the market valuation (9.3x FY’24 PE) is undemanding and underpinned by a 3% yield and forecast year-end net cash of £18m.
