Hollywood Bowl has said trading is running “slightly ahead of expectations” in the year ended 30th September. Pleasingly, it’s also announced another special dividend, with further details to emerge on 13th December.Revenues for the year rose 7.7% with like-for-like sales growth of 5.5%. As a result it expects pretax profit growth of 10%.No news regarding the site pipeline but broker N+1 Singer says the four planned sites are on track and include two stand-alone indoor golf sites (Leeds and York).The broker expects to upgrade pretax profit forecasts for the year ended September ’19 by c. £0.5m (2%) to £26.5m for eps of c. 14.2p.The shares remain a quality play in the leisure sec ...
