Prolific buy-and-build digital advertising agency S4 Capital has announced yet another acquisition of Jam3, a “design and experience” agency based in Toronto, with offices in Amsterdam, LA and Uruguay. This accompanied full year results ahead of expectations with revenues up 59% (15% like-for-like) to £343m and EBITDA increasing 86.1% to £62.2m (like for like +18%),  beating Jefferies forecasts by 5%. Pro-forma eps were 9.8p, while net cash was £51.6m.
