S4’s AGM has reiterated its guidance for like-for-like gross profit growth of 25% combined with a “targeted improvement in EBITDA.” It said about half its 86 staff in Ukraine have relocated, while it has ceased operations in Russia, where it had 10 staff. It said despite forecasts for global GDP growth continuing to decline from 5-6% to 3% and forecast 2022 digital advertising reduced from 15-20% to 10-15%, client activity is strong.
