The shares hit a new high of 529p after S4 Capital announced three more acquisitions and a trading update. The first two deals announced on 4 January were of US-based firms, Decoded (integrative, creative, tech media; clients including T Mobile, Intuit, Visa) and Metric Theory (integrated performance marketing). These will be merged into MediaMonks and MightyHive, respectively.
