S4 confirmed trading for the first 11 months continued to be in line with expectations, delivering very strong like-for-like revenue and gross profit, well ahead of the previous guidance of 40%. EBITDA margins improved significantly in the second half, while even after allowing for the cash paid in respect of mergers it has monthly net debt ranging between £10m and £30m, reflecting strong operational cash flow.A bullish Sir Martin Sorrell said, “heading into our fourth three year plan for 2022-24, our budgets are set at 25% like-for-like gross profit/net revenue growth, which seeks to double the size of the company organically and targets an improvement in EBITDA margin back towards previous levels.” Results are on 18 March.  ...
