Lok is one of the UK’s self storage specialists. Self-storage is a highly distinctive proposition in which the provider basically chops a building into individual units, which are let to a mix of domestic and business customers on a monthly licence but the clients themselves manage the units, which is their responsibility alone. Over the month I met with Neil Newman, managing director of Lok ‘n Store.
