Shares in self storage firm Lok ‘n’ Store, originally a New Year Nap for 2010 at 78p, subsequently reached a high of over 130p at one point but in recent months have fallen back to the current 103p. However, the de-rating is more  a market issue than trading, which has been respectable with results for the year to 31 July showing revenues rising 4% to £10.85m, EBITDA increasing almost 12% to £3.28m while net profit was up 300% to £0.89m.
