A massive share overhang was finally cleared, allowing the shares to rally. H1 revenue reached €52.2m, a 12% expansion year-on-year, confirming a sustained recovery following the hiatus in 2025. While net transaction growth eased to 1% as Middle East tensions created a 3% drag on Asia and Oceania volumes, the Elevate program (where hostels pay a premium for more prominent listings) was the key to growth, with average commission rates rising to 17.7% from 15.8% in the prior period. This, along with the adoption of Social Passes, a new high-margin subscription stream allowing access to traveller chat rooms, profiles and curated events without requiring a booking, meant adjusted EBITDA rose 11% to €8.2m.
