Finals from the oil services & equipment firm confirmed another excellent year with revenues up 13% to US$1,048m and EBITDA rising 23% to US$126.3m (top end of January’s guidance). With free cash flow comfortably exceeding EBITDA, net cash jumped from nothing to US$105m. OCTG, which makes durable steel pipes that go down the well shaft, increased EBITDA 74% to US$80.2m, driven by several chunky contract wins including from the Kuwait Oil Company and Chevron. This was backed by Sub Sea (titanium stress joints, hydraulic couplings), which grew 119% to US$30m, helped by past acquisitions.
