SigmRoc - Stock hits all-time highs after near vertical ascent

Another decent month for the shares, now at all time highs. Its interims update recorded revenues and EBITDA up 13% and 22%, respectively, to £510m and £100m on the prior year, with no help from market improvements but mainly due to acquisitions. Encouragingly, it now expects to beat this year’s £17m synergy target, while sticking with its €$40m-€60m overall targets. Clearly, the improving outlook for Germany (26% group sales) following its fiscal stimulus in defence and infrastructure, is captivating investors while leverage (net debt / EBITDA: 2x) should fall in the second half due to seasonality and free cash generation. Unchanged EPS forecasts for 8.8p and 10.2p this year and next drop the prospective PE to 13.9 and 12 ...
