UP Global has announced a trading update for the six months ended 31st January. This showed group revenues rising to £67.7m. Highlights include renewing its exclusive trademark licence agreement for the Russell Hobbs trademark in the UK and EU until March 2023 for non-electrical kitchen and laundry products.Finally, it has extended banking facilities to 2024 while there’s further borrowing headroom, totalling £13.2m (versus £10.1m at 31st July ’19).UPGS is closely monitoring events surrounding the coronavirus in China given most of its manufacturing is situated there but notes it has experience dealing with similar disruption to its supply chain caused by previous viral outbreaks.Equity Dev ...
