Hunting - Raises 2023 market expectations

The shares soared £1 after energy services group Hunting maintained EBITDA guidance for 2022 at c. US$50m but raised 2023 market expectations to c.US$85m-$90m from c.US$80m. It said its sales order book continues to improve following further wins within Subsea Technologies with the order book now approaching c.$500m, from just US$438m as at 30 September. That follows a large order win for titanium stress joints and accessories for a client operating in South America. This order book will mainly be delivered during 2023 albeit a proportion of sales will be recognised in 2024 and 2025.
