Brickability Group - Buy and build brick supplier boasts strong record

    The number of new homes created in England has hit its highest level in almost 30 years, official figures show, with more than 241,130 new homes added to the country’s housing stock in 2018-19.  The total is more than at any time since the report began in 1991, and beats the previous record of 223,530 recorded before the financial crash in 2007-08 . One beneficiary of this is "brick factor" Brickability, which only joined AIM last August at 65p. Investors note its “buy & build” strategy has increased revenues and EBITDA 36% and 43% to £163m and £17.7m, respectively, between year ends March ’17 to ’19.
