GB traded in line during Q1, while unchanged full year forecasts assume a similar level of organic revenue growth (+3%) and a 3% FX headwind from weaker US$. Consistent with its last full year results announcement it expects FY25 to be H2 weighted. But this news was overshadowed by encouraging news that the planned move to the Main Market is now set to take place early November 2025 with the planned workstreams well underway.  In addition, having completed its £10m share buy-back in early June, GB has approved an even larger one worth £25m (c. 4.5% of its market cap), which has just commenced.  Deutsche Numis notes GB trades on a EV / EBITDA of just c. 9x and prospective PE of 12.6, falling to 11.3 for the year start ...
