The shares have continued their impressive climb to a new high of 583p, aided by an upbeat half year update, noting 50% growth in revenues to £40.3m boosted by its recent acquisitions. All divisions performed well with franchising revenue up 22% to £21.8m. Lettings managed service fees (MSF) increased 5% like-for-like to £5.4m with positive steps taken to mitigate the renters rights bill (the biggest change being abolition of fixed term tenancies). These include the launch of its Privilege programme, a set of lettings offerings designed to leverage the group’s enlarged scale.
