Gulf Marine Services (GMS) may not be a household name, but in the Persian Gulf, it’s indispensable. The company owns and operates 14 advanced self-propelled, self-elevating support vessels (SESVs), providing stable offshore platforms for oil field maintenance, construction and EPC projects. These vessels - capable of lifting up to 400 tonnes and accommodating up to 300 personnel - are technologically advanced, mobile and resilient to rough weather, making them a critical tool for the oil companies, such as Saudi Aramco, ADNOC and Qatar Energy.
