UP Global released a better than expected trading update covering the financial year ending 31 July with revenue down just 6% to £115.7m reflecting stronger than anticipated growth in sales to supermarkets and online channels.Online was a stellar performer, growing sales 47% to £16.7m to represent 14.5% group turnover versus 9.2% last year. Unaudited EBITDA fell 3.3% to £10.4m, with pretax profit down 2.7% to £8.2m.Importantly, net debt fell 74% to just £3.8m from £14.4m, with net debt / EBITDA just 0.4x (FY’19: 1.3x).
