For the second time in two months Volution has guided to an increase in expectations following a strong first half. Overall revenue for H1 was up 6.3% year-on-year with all three regions growing, the strongest being UK residential, while recent acquisitions ClimaRad and I-Vent have performed well. Operating profit increased almost 13% to £38.6m with operating margins up 1.3% to 22.4%, driven by “service, brands, portfolio management and pricing power.” Cash conversion of 98% was strong and leverage (net debt / EBITDA) was just 0.7x.
