The shares spiked over £1 to a high of 836p after an upbeat take on 2025 finals. Results themselves were pedestrian with EBITDA up 1% to £137m and pretax profit and EPS both down 4% to £92.9m and 40.3p, respectively. Sales rose 5% to £234m as demand improved throughout the year. The positive reaction to the shares reflects headwinds from NLW / NI cost increases being unlikely to repeat, while growth in new space - 13 stores (0.7m sq ft) increasing its maximum lettable area by 8% to 9.3m sq. ft - is expected to decelerate to  0.4m sq ft this year.
