Helios Towers - Raises full year guidance for tenancy additions after massive Q1 beat

Helios Towers has just turned in a rather impressive set of numbers. They added 1,406 new tenancies in the first quarter - that’s 150% ahead of what the consensus crowd were expecting. This has lifted year-on-year tenancy growth to a very respectable 11%, and rather than treating it as some one-off spike, the board have shown proper confidence by cranking up full-year installation guidance from 2,000-2,500 to a punchy 3,000–3,500. This surge in multi-tenancy meant adjusted EBITDA climbed 14% to US$127.2 m, while these additions will add as much as US$15m additional EBITDA to future years.
