The shares inched to a new high of 967p before pulling back after a confident 10-month trading update. Underlying revenue grew 6.6%, driven by an 8.7% increase in B2B Live Events and 3.0% growth in Academic Markets, while Informa TechTarget showed returning momentum. The company also reaffirmed its full-year guidance for 6%+ underlying revenue growth, approximately £4 billion in revenues, and over 10% adjusted EPS growth. Excitingly, expectations for continued growth into 2026 are supported by over £1 billion in booked and committed revenue. Aided by £315 million in share buy-backs year-to-date (out of a £350m program), Panmure Liberum forecasts EPS of 56p this year, rising to 66.2p by FY27. The broker calls it “a relativ ...
