Trading in Q3 and early in Q4 has continued earlier trends with trading in line with expectations (EBITDA range £35.7m-£37m). At Pirtek Europe (acquired April 2023), demand for essential reactive services remains resilient even though project work and other discretionary spending has been subdued reflecting a tough macro climate, particularly in the UK (pre Budget) and Germany where manufacturing PMI data has been below the 50 (no change) level since summer 2022. Integration has gone well with targeted cost savings achieved. The next stage is implementing the new IT platform to drive operational gearing.
