Like many in the home improvement space, shares in Victorian Plumbing were squeezed by concerns the UK budget would ruin autumn trading but the company produced in line full year results with sales up 5% to £310m. That was thanks to a 6% rise in order volumes and a 2% increase in active customers, and notable growth in Trade (+10%) and Tiles & Flooring (+42%), albeit from a low base.  With consumers understandably cautious, Victorian’s low cost own label products continue to appeal and represent 81% revenue.
