Since our August update the shares have closed in on their highs, helped by interims showing revenues and underlying profit rising 11% and 23% respectively to £153.9m and £102.3m. Net debt fell £33.1m to £360m with leverage (net debt / EBITDA) down from 2.2 to 1.8x.Auto Trader is the UK’s largest digital marketplace to buy and sell cars and has three divisions with Trade, which generates subscriptions from car retailers, increasing sales 12% to almost £129m.
