Fonix Mobile - Eps up 21% to 10.8p

Having peaked at 282p last March, for a gain-to-high of 124% on my 2021 NAP tip (at 126p), shares in Fonix have pulled back with the market. But operationally speaking it is business as usual with finals breaking more records; pretax profit rose 27% to £14m and eps increased 21% to 10.8p. The business, which provides premium SMS billing services, direct carrier billing and voice for customers including ITV, Bauer Media and Channel 5, increased total payment volumes 13.1% to £303.3m.
