The shares spiked to a new high of 792p after two excellent pieces of news. Most recently, its Q3 trading update reported revenues up 47% to £139m, driven by a rise in orders and the inclusion of recently acquired SkipTheDishes. Total orders grew 29% to 43.1m (Q3: ’16: 33.3m) of which UK orders increased 22% to 26.2m (Q3 ’16: 11.8m).Given the continued strength of SkipTheDishes, it has also raised its revenue guidance for full year 2017 from £500m-£515m to £515m-£530m, with underlying EBITDA unchanged at between £157m-£163m.Earlier Just Eat announced the Competition and Markets Authority has provisionally cleared its £200m acquisition of Hungryhouse.Peel Hunt e ...
