Belvoir, the property franchise group, reported strong results for FY’21 with revenue and eps up 37% and 36%, respectively.The bedrock is its Lettings business (56% gross profit), which grew revenue 7% organically and 21% in total, supported by a 12% increase in properties under management to 72,900. Meanwhile, supported by the spike in home moving during the pandemic, property sales (19% gross profit) rose 49%. After a flurry of activity due to the stamp duty extension (which ended last September) the market normalized and FinnCap has assumed revenue declines of 22% in FY’22. Finally, Financial Services grew sales 49% in total, driven by a 20% increase in the number of advisers and the strong mortgage market.
