Franchise property services firm Belvoir reported solid FY22 results with revenue up 14% (2% like-for-like), gross profit up 6% and pretax profit down 1% despite the difficult sales market. It makes its money from charging franchisees a management service fee and in lettings this increased +5% with growth reflecting new tenancies (+11%), while its managed portfolio increased 4%. Residential sales fell 15% reflecting tougher market conditions.
