SigmaRoc, which owns and operates a large portfolio of quarries, producing everything from aggregates to bluestone and limestone in the UK and Northern Europe, is on a roll. Structural shortages in key markets alongside high barriers to entry have given it leverage to pass on large price increases to its customers to cover rising costs, which alongside a major efficiency drive has led to two “trading ahead of” updates in consecutive months.
