TClarke’s final results are in line with its update last November with revenues of £491m exceeding its plan to double revenue from £232m in 2020. Pretax profit was down from £10.3m to £7.6m due to previously highlighted measures (including changing supply chain partners mid-contract to protect project completion dates) to protect the business from current challenging conditions. All client projects are still expected to complete on time but those one-off costs reduced operating margins to 1.9%, below its 3% target.
