The recommended offer from NASDAQ listed cyber security rival NortonlifeLock for US$7.61 cash and $0.0302 shares in Norton has been voted through. At that time (in August) it was worth 608p and is currently 615p, although shareholders subsequently received a 4.8 cent interim dividend. That makes for a gain of 42% since I made the shares a 2020 NAP at 433p. I am dropping coverage. ...
