Capital Limited - New contract to add US$30m to sales

Capital pleasantly surprised investors after being awarded a substantial new mining services contract. The contract involves earth moving & crushing services for the Belinga Project in northeast Gabon, one of the world's largest undeveloped, high-grade hematite iron ore deposits. The contract is in addition to the three-year reverse circulation and diamond drilling services contract with Ivindo Iron, announced earlier this year.The latest contract has a term of up to 5 years and will generate approximately US$30m of revenue once fully operational. Capital will utilise existing equipment as well as purchasing US$15m of additional and capital expenditure guidance for FY23 is now expected in the range of US$65 - 75m (up from US$50 ...
