Having seen the cash takeover offer of 203p from Stonegate voted down last October, Revolution has kept calm and carried on, delivering pretax profit of £5.8m (H1’17: £5.9m) for the half-year ended December, in line with forecasts. Sales rose 10.6% to £73.8m (like-for-like sales: +0.4%) helped by strong yuletide 14 weeks to 6th January (like-for-like: +3.1%) boosted by pre bookings.
